What is Spam / Spamming?
- Spamming is the abuse of electronic messaging systems to indiscriminately send unsolicited bulk messages.While the most widely recognized form of spam is e-mail spam, the term is applied to similar abuses in other media: instant messaging spam, Usenet newsgroup spam, Web search engine spam, spam in blogs, wiki spam, mobile phone messaging spam, Internet forum spam and junk fax transmissions.
What can be done about this?
- Spamming itself is very hard to stop, as even us on the offices receive hundreds of junk and spam mail each and every day. The best way to filter your email addresses is to purchase an anti-spam / junk email filter, which will sort and either delete your junk mail or else you have the option to move it to a seperate "Junk" folder. Alof of modern email providers and software providers (Outlook™ 2007) .
- If you find ANY breaches in our anti privacy rules or campaign, please report all to our abuse desk immediatly, as after you delete the message there is really nothing we can do to stop the spammer.
- Once reported, we take very serious measures regarding Spam. We will first contact the spammers ISP and inform them that a client of theres is transmitting UCE (Unsolicitated Commercial Email) through their internet servers.
- At this stage, the Gardai Siochana will also be involved, and the "Spammers" IP and hostname will be retreived from the server and passed forth to the autorities. Remember, when you sign up to our service you are bound by our terms and conditions, and we soley state that we have a strict policy on privacy and spam.
- We will comply full with any investigation with any of the relative autorities , in which they wish to pursue.
- WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE A PACKAGE WITH OUR WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND WARNING, IF IT IS DEEMED THE ACCOUNT IS BEING MISUSED OR FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF UCE.

We do reserve the right to pass your details on to the authorities, should it be seen that a false accusation has been made. We comply strictly with the Data Protection Act of 1988, and you have the option whether or not to reveal your; Name, Address, Telephone, Email, Date of Birth or any other personal information which may be collected by our company.
